Any luck yet? I have this draw as well. I haven't connected yet. It's tough for sure.

It's your right to do what you want, but why put in for a lottery tag that you don't end up using.
1) you reduce your odds for some years.
2) you take a tag from someone who would use it.
Doesn't make sense to me.

Gwen Lake is in 3-13. Thanks TreeClimber.

you're right, Coq is not the boundary as I thought would be natural.

Once you successfully draw, your odds are reduced for the following 3 years. On the 4th year, they are back to normal

I put in for LEH Authorization with full intension of hunting the animal/s if drawn. Don't understand why someone would just let it go if drawn it's close and easy to get to, I know life gets in the way sometimes.... Those Alberta hunts in November are a bit easier than what we are used to in southern BC IMO. I bet the ferry the drive the hotel the hunter host license the wildlife certificate the tags the cut and wrap/royalty fees if you don't export it right away would certainly exceed a region 3 moose hunt cost. That being said there's something about whitetails in November in Alberta that just grabs a guy, the possibility of a world class deer stepping out at anytime is hard to turn down BUT if I were drawn for a bull moose that close to the ferry I would go kill one... End of story

I've been hitting 3-13 hard since Nov1, I haven't seen a bull yet, a few cow calf combos, no bull. I'll be all over Gwen til a bull is down. I thought the coq was the boundary as well, adriaticum. I am glad it isn't haha
