3-19 Hike, drive, sit and scan

Well, I just got back from spending the day in 3-19. I saw some nice new country and 3 moose (2cows and 1 bull) that I couldn't do anything about but not a single deer. I figure I still had better odds of finding deer while out there than while being at home. ;-)

many of my hikes lately, my odds might have been better of seeing a deer at home.

Lol. How big was the bull?

Did the same thing last weekend. Had a great time.......followed six does for a while. So much moose sign everywhere. Didn't see any though. Good to be out.

The bull was a good size with a decent headgear but was in a serious rush as he made his way after the cow and into the trees.

Same situation 10 days ago in 3-18. Moose and mule does, but nothing for supper!
