Have you tried the Hi Mountain Jerky spices? Favorites? Thoughts? Do you have a recipe you use?

Hickory or Mesquite. Easy instructions. I`ve been using it for years....love it.

I have tried Cajun and hickory. Enjoyed the hickory but wasn't a fan of Cajun. Tasted closer to Ass.

I liked the hot & sweet or whatever they call it. Be sure to follow the instructions and let it sit in the fridge a day or two!

My favourite is just the cracked pepper. Makes great jerky in the dehydrator.

Cracked pepper and original are good. Spread on counter. Season. Flip. Season then toss into ziplock bag over night or untill you plan on doing it.

I like the garlic and cracked pepper one. I cure it for 2-3 days and start it in the big chief smoker with one batch of chips for about 1-1/2 hours then finish in the oven at 200 degrees for about another hour
