Does anyone have the phone number for the guy that has the cooler for hanging up Greenstone?

i thought I had it written down in my license pack but apparently not.

Got it a nice deer today and it's too damn warm to hang in my garage until I can cut it up.

I remember seeing the sign up there. but never got the # I think its that ranch a few mils up from HW1 Then left at the split to dairy and then left again at the split to mile high.

Yes it is. I had his number written down at one time on the off chance that I needed to use him but I cannot seem to find it.

Cool enuff at night skin it don't cover with plastic. Debone put meat on cookie sheets in fridge
72 hours from death b4 freezing then you can freeze, rigger mortise has to set in then muscle tissue relaxes and after 3 days you can freeze.
Jel -- you can hang it skinned for two days or so then take it in or you can go to Interior Cut Rite -- Karl me thinks, (250) 554-8202 -- right by the Aeroport 2741 Tranquille road.

Not sure if he just hangs i usually take an animal to he butchered as well

He just hangs if that's all you want and if he has room. I've hung a few deer there for 2 or 3 nights.

Gary's deli on the Nor Shore by Safeway @ Tranquille and 8th Street does wild game also and is one of the best in BC for specialty meats. I don't think he skins tho or hangs, wants meat deboned when brought in. Forty pounds or more, prefers it frozen.

Cold enuff to hang now anyways, skinned, in a breezy shaded place, put black pepper on the joints and in the wrinkles of flesh to burn the flys asses and mouths. Do not wash down with water till after.
