I do not believe that the "Jelvis" who returned recently is the same Jelvis of previous posts.

The persona of the new guy is quite different, in subtle and not so subtle ways.

My theory is the old Jelvis either left for good or bit the big one. However., because of members love for the crazy coots history, a mod or someone else has taken over his handle to keep the vision alive.

I don't buy it. .. too many discrepancies in manner of speech and writing.

I can tell you that Jelvis and Elvis(Clifford Moody) are not the same guy. I've known Clifford, since he was a blonde 7 year old playing the spoons on his lap while his dad played guitar. I also do know a couple guys who do know who Jelvis is, but thats another story

I personally like-liked whomever the authentic person using "Jelvis"
as his/her 'handle' was/is on this site. I find it astounding just how
much interest and emotional feelings that person has generated here,
and even going well beyond this site. No other personality has gleaned
so many posts, especially when being absent for quite awhile.
Like the real 'Elvis', his influence and character lives on even without his
actual presence...amazing and humorous really.
