I,ve hunted the King Edward FSR since mid September and have seen tracks but no droppings.
A few friends have advised us to check out Lumby area and Cherryville (barley fields etc ) so
My question is are there FSRs near such fields or abandoned areas or is it all private property?

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks folks

I also tried along whitemans creek as far as 10km marker. But saw lots of fenced/posted areas

Your best chance to see droppings will be along the trails where you are seeing the tracks. Sofa King has several threads with pics of both.

I'll pm you an area where you're likley to see animals that make the droppings if that's something you'd be interested in..

King Eddy holds lots of deer , and lots of traffic so finding one standing out in the open is tough. Be out at first light and last light , preferably away from any traffic.
This hold true for any road, anywhere.
I bet there is nowhere without deer , some just smarter than others.
