Taxidermist Recommendations in North Okanagan Area

As the title states I'm looking for a taxidermist. For personal reasons my artist of choice isn't taking any new work so I was wondering who you boys and girls would suggest. I'm located in the North Okanagan so someone in Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, Kamloops, or anywhere in the middle. I'm all about the quality and I do not mind paying more for a top quality mount. With that being said if you can remember the ball park $ figure and turn around time that would be great. Looking at a shoulder mount and a euro mount. Possibly two shoulders if I can smack some sense into my little brother lol.

I have seen some shotty work and really don't want to end up there so thanks everyone for any input. Feel free to pm if you'd like.

Harley White in the Kelowna area is a good choice.

I'll second H.W. His work is world class and he gets the job done in good time. Last time I talked to him he was busy and I don't imagine that has changed at all.

Harley White Kelowna taxidermy. Turn around is generally about a year. Top quality but not the cheapest. Still good value.

In Salmon Arm there is Hunter's Union - they have a website. They just do euro-mounts, and some of the work in their gallery looks good. They have prices listed on their site.

I heard there is a woman in the Tappen area (just north of Salmon Arm towards Kamloops) that is good.

There is Wildflight taxidermy in salmon Arm, personal friend of mine, but I don't think he is taking any new clients right now either. He has a website.

Then there is the taxidermist just north of Vernon, past Okeefe ranch and off highway about a mile, heard they were alright too.

Another clue.........Dave Jennings the gun smith in the area also knows who she is as he is the one who recommended her to me. Have her card somewhere but of course can't find when wanted.
