4 Barrel road & Powder Puff FSR

Anyone been up Powder Puff FSR on the south side of the Nahatlatch river recently? this is the FSR that climbs up thru the big burn and I've read older posts but nothing recent. I've read there was a hippy camp up there at one time. Any info on current access would be appreciated. This is in region 3-15.
