Whitetail does in 8-08 for season opener

It's going to be my first time heading up for the open season for whitetail does in 8-08 and was hoping for a couple general areas to start out.
I have used the search function, but 3/4 of the comments seem to be sarcastic remarks that don't really help.

How much time have you put in to scout???? WT are in pockets pretty much everywhere in region 8 from what I've heard, just have to put your time in to find/learn those areas...

I'm stuck with weekends at the moment due to work, that's why I was thinking the doe opening weekend would be the best bet.

What Harry said. Also, be advised, 8-08 sees a lot of hunter activity and the whitetail deer are wise to it. The does are not the cake walk some think they are. Extremely nocturnal by this time so first and last light are you best opportunities.
