I'm pretty sure it would be a CO from Chilliwack that you would contact. Here's a link to a couple numbers:

I found a moose gut pile around hope area on Monday cant believe people are shooting the dam moose around there there is no season for a reason

You take a picture?......There are a few moose and elk in the back of Hope, and that being so wolves are also residents of Hope. Either way best to have a CO look into it just in case. Any other signs you seen around there where the pile lays?

Took picks talked to the co the gut pile was realy fresh seen where they draged it to there truck . Ya i have olso seen elk back there too not verry often but have seen them

A couple years ago I was up the Sowaqua fsr and found an old moose shed. That really surprised me but I guess the odd one sneaks in from the Tulameen side. It's a shame if guys are poaching them, good on you for reporting it!
