Accessing Petit Creek road from Coq.?

Can you still get to the Petit Creek road by heading west from the Coquihalla?

My backroad map says I can but I haven't been up there since I had a 3-13 doe draw and so I don't know if the roads are still through.

I'm thinking of the Murray Lake road, then upper Maka to Spius, etc. If I remember right there was a cliffside road just hanging over a canyon. My legs tingle just thinking of it.

Not sure if it's the same road although that sounds like the one I came thru a few years ago from the Fraser Canyon side out into Maka. If it is the same one then there's no way you'll get a truck thru there now. It was heavily overgrown then and had sections of road that were about to disappear altogether. We kind of got trapped in there thinking it would open up and it didn't until we got out the Spius/Maka end of things. Did some cosmetic damage to my truck and me and my buddy were pretty puckered up the whole time wondering if we were going to get through...we dubbed it "the worm hole" as it felt like we were lost in time for a bit haha
