Are there any whitetails showing up in the Burns Lake-Babine Lake area?

Should I get a tag just in case?

never saw any WT last year up there but I did scare up 2 or 3 mules (could have been the same one twice)....it is amazing how invisible a deer sometimes is when you are trying to see moose...heheheh

They are certainly around, not lots of them, but worth packing a tag along. Good luck

My cousin and her new man were through for a quick visit last year turns out he's an avid hunter. He's from the Topley area and tells me that whitetail are definitely established here and there around the area.

Thanks. I better go get a tag then. I may be going to the Okanagan later this fall anyway so it won't be a poor investment.
