Need help! Hunting 7-21 for 3 point elk

First time hunting in 7-21 near chetwynd For 3 point or bigger elk. Any assistance on where to go or what to do would be appreciated. Also what is best bugle or reed to call them in? We have little experience hunting elk because I am a junior hunter.

Bugle to locate Cow call to get em close. Alot of the time a 3 or 4 pointer will sneak in quite.
