Im Just Wondering If Anyone Knows The Status On Davis.Iv Heard It Has Been Logged And Is Just A Mess Right Now.We Go Up There Every Year For A Camping Trip .If Anyone Has Any Info On If It Has Been Logged On Not That Would Be Appreciated

the mission one has no truck access now and who wants to camp in that garbage dump anyways. can't comment on the interior one.

If you mean the one in the Kane valley, it has been logged, that is to say just east of the lake. The hill behind the lake has a lot of deciduous trees and seems safe for now?? All the little white tail spots I thought I had figured out are GONE!!! Half the hill south east of the lake is/was being cut late last fall. As fast as the loggers are, I think the bugs are faster!!!

The one near mission is a waste of time, the hike in is a sure fired guarantee that your vehicle will be toast upon your return!!

the one by Merrit if thats the one you mean steeleco..if you come in from the tulameen side i know it was logged there.but i heard they logged alot right at the lake...vought valley is the name of the road if that helps any

they have logged from the Voght Valley turn off to the lakes. Shea lake would still look okay, plus it holds nice fish. Rob

ya iv fished sea lake and davis caught nice ones in both..are normal spot it davis but i guess we cant camp there this year..boss and tahlia you cant camp at either i take it?

All the camp site's were usable late last fall, not sure just how much they progressed during the winter??

to bad that is a real nice area. ive also seen whitetails around goose lake area.

ya goose lake is up pike moutain..likes like that might be were we will be going..i love davis nice calm place,good quad trails.to bad..i wasin there this winter the sunday after deer ended on the saturday or friday

Took a drive one day at work thru that area and it is logged pretty heavy around the lakes sure has changes since i was there 4 years ago. Right before christmas 4 years ago i saw 6 bull elk on that road while sledding in to do some bettle recce.

well i guess from the responses that the normal provincial campgroud around the lake has been logged to pike mountian i guess it is..some of the people we go out to davis with will be taking a drive out in the next week or so

i m going to be up that way in a couple weeks if u want i can maybe take a burn by the lake and see what its like...
