Step sons first youth hunt

Taking my 11 year old step son out on the 3rd of sept for his first deer hunt. Was thinking the Merritt area maybe somewhere in area 3-12 , what do you guys think of 3-12 for the youth hunt?

bad area, not much for deer and the sasquatches don't like LML'ers

I've mostly just blasted through the area odie but about 6 years ago I poked around off of the Sunset main for an hour or so saw quite a few grouse and shot one didn't see any big game but saw deer and moose sign in a few spots.

I heard the samsquatch population doubled in the last 3 years and thats whats leading to a decline in the unicorn population......
