Anyone ever hunt up Nonda Creek Trail,,,is it a quad trail, and does it take you up into the alpine etc..???
Any input is appreciated

It's a road, have taken a car to the tower and the end of it.

Drove up to end a few years back in a pick up truck its a nice road we did glass sheep and caribou from the tower at the end.

I'm pretty sure most alpine areas are off limits to quads/bikes/ohv.

I wouldn't take a bike past the tower... And please be careful when walking around the tower area and don't damage the memorials. Last trip up a few had been scattered...

Memorials??....Just so folks dont get the wrong idea,,,Im not a ride my quad everywhere hunter,,,lol,,,just asking for the purpose of game recovery and camping etc.....but what are the memorials all about,,curious??

Go up and look around,have seen huge moose,caribou,grizzly and a lot of small Rams,and a few full curls taken.tho it's busy it's worth a look.mcdonald trails the next trail North,on the left,big gravel pit....if your out exploring��

Scattered around the tower are memorials to people that have passed. I've found a few now. I'm sure there's more. It's a spot that families can get to in the high country. Country that means so much to many of us... The post with the 7mm Weatherby welded to it with the owners name and dates in and out made me stop and take a minute.
