HBC not accessible through my shaw at home

We have run diagnostics and it just times out. We called shaw and got nowhere, they suggested running diagnostics or rebooting the modem.

I'm not a computer guy but,.... do you have troubles with any other sites or is it only HBC? I travel a lot and the security settings for HBC will not allow me to access the site from some locations. A quick PM to Marc may fix you up.

Also as Steeleco said, Ccleaner might work as well, as it scans Chrome.

If your not using Google Chrome.....that's your problem right there.
