Region 7b moose hunting and butchers?

Hi everyone,
this weekend I plan on going out moose hunting by myself (or if anyone wants to come) and find myself wondering if any of you suggest a good butcher around Dawson creek area who would take in a moose at last minute notice, don't have a cooler, so would be taking it there right away.

The Butcher Shop in Beaverlodge does a great job! its a little ways away but worth it! Bob and Lori are wonderful owners and very fair.
