Got this letter in the mail today, in the 2nd paragraph it talks about online LEH and licenses in the near future. Anyone heard much about this?

The BCWF has been lobbying for this for years. Should be in place by next year and will be similar to getting your angling Lisence on line. LEH should be much faster once it's in place.

Electronic LEH has been reviewed by the BCWF and was supposed to be introduced at the 2015 convention in Fernie. I guess that when we didn't agree with allocations that withholding the introduction was our punishment. The reviews were positive and it should be a good system, it is supposed to block errors and kick out double applications.

Government did demo the online LEH system at the convention in Fernie, but it was just that, a demo and not a working system. It's supposed to be in place for spring of 2016.

The Alberta online draw system was built by a Vancouver IT company a few years back. So it's not like there isn't any local expertise! No excuses for any more delays IMO.
