Region 1?
Region 2?
Region 3?
Region 4?
Region 5?
Region 6?
Region 7A?
Region 7B?
Region 8?

Im in region 3, the Loops. When I'm driving the Hwy's in the fall I always wonder where the hunters I see are from. I know lots of us travel a long way to hunt god knows its a big province. Do you travel less as a result of increased costs or are you able to walk out the dorr and kill your game?

Region 2-04 is home for me.

But, within one hour I can be in region 8 and region 3 to start hunting.

I guess you could say I hunt all over. Last fall we hunted up to region 4(northside) and region 7 (southeastside).

For me it's really my only hobby so gas costs are just a fact of life.:-(

1 - 1 for me....although I've hunted up around PG and over as far as Cranbeook. Love it all.

Gas prices are what they are - we have no control (we are the gouge-ees......not the gouge-ers) but it still is a concern.

I travel to region 5 mostly but hunt a little in 2 as well. I'm not too concerned about the price of fuel.

Currently live in Reg 4 Cranbrook, but even when I lived at the coast this was my hunting home. Some of the best bowhunting opportunities are here. I hunt a bit in reg 8 each year as well.

Region 4 East is home for me. I've hunted in all BC regions except 1,2 and 8 as well as Montana, Wyoming, Saskatchewan and Alberta, and I still think Region 4E in BC is the best all-around.

Fraser Valley, region 2.

I hunt TROPHY squirells and crows in the back yard... Do an annual trip to reg 3 for Deer. Goin to the Island (reg 1) for spring Bear.

As for gas prices: Nothing will get in my way of hunting OR fishing. When things start feeling tight, I just adapt - Which usually means working harder and/or smarter.

Have hunted in all regions except 2, 4 & 8. Would love to get into region 4 in the near future, the northern rockies and the western ranges keep enticing me back year after year though:oops: .

Region 5 will always be home, no matter where I end up hanging my hat.

Region 8. I usually hunt the South Okanagan out into the Boundary area. Gas prices ...urghh. There has to be something we can do other than roll over and accept it. The greed of people makes me sick.

The question should be Is there a Region I don't hunt? Yup, 1 and 2 and haven't spent a ton of time in 6. Other than that I live in 3 but am only a few hours away from 4, 5, 7, and 8.
