Ahhhh--- Excuse me here! Not sure if you red all the rule's for this here site Sir, but it's kind'a "Code of the West" on here when you make a meal, such as the one you posted pictures of, that you give "Everyone" at least one small bite!!! Mr. Hunter 1947 makes dam sure we ALL get too try his steaks, roasts, and yes his Tonge and onioon's even before he sit's down Himself to chow down!!! On page 386, paragraph 17 of the HBC rule Manuel, you'll see how to properly pack the HBC "Doggie Box's" in order to send all of us a great looking Elk Steak, with all the trim'in's, such as the one in your Pic! We all Thank You Sir!!!

Where does one buy good horseradish? By good horseradish, I mean that stuff that gives you a kick in the nose/sinuses?

I have had it before in restaurants and love it... but I recently tried buying some at the grocery store. First I got the "original" horseradish and when I tried it, I was disappointed. It tasted like it had a little spice to it, but no sinus kick. I went back and bought the "extra hot" figuring that would do it. Nope... not much different than the original... hardly even spicy.

Where the heck can I buy the good stuff that gives the rush?

Sauce or the vegetable? I'm looking for the sauce (with the sinus kick) but I suppose I could find a recipe and make my own if I have to.

Oh damn....buckshot's dinner looks awesome. Especially the steak and horseradish!!

But crap...that just might have been trumped by a classic breakfast pic from H1947, especially since it was from camp!

Regardless, a toast to hunter 1947! :)
