3-26 Bull moose found shot and just the 4 quarters taken

Well..sadly again this year we have found a bull moose shot in around July12th 2015
We find at least 2 every summer while out on the ATVs..over the past 6years!!
Now i'm not going to point fingers as to who may be responsible, just continue to be dilagent in my observe,record,report...as always.
The pictures and data were sent to the local CO office..

Yes white lake...up the main near the top..
Left the backstraps just the legs were gone..
Young bull..most likely 4yr old i would post a pic but always have tons of trouble doing that.
