Feeding Deer Better

Well here's the thing we have quite a bit of property and am interested in feeding the whitetail deer better resulting in overall healthier and bigger bucks. Has anyone done any planting of food plots at all? Anyone tried Mossy Oaks Clover Plus? Let me know guys and gals if you have any input it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Those boys hunt a lot of enclosed ranches in Texas where they can pick and choose their deer. I haven't heard of any such successful feeding programs on "free range" deer up here.

Go on the website and look at what seeds there are in the mix. DO NOT BUY those bags from Bill Jurdan or anyone as they are too expensive. A good mix can be made up by the seed guys in Grinrod. Birdsfoot trefoil is one that comes to mind but is finicky. Whitetails will eat this along with Fall Rye.
