Antler Growth? - Trail Cam Photo

Took this pic of a bull that I never did see again and that should still be alive, as I didn't hear of a bull that size being shot in my area. My question is this: The photo was taken at the end of June, how much more growth would you think he would have, when do you think a bull elks antlers quit growing?? My guess is late Julyish, for the big boys but not sure?

Hopefully he gets another few inches at least in those back points. I have heard the end of July.
