Dumb question re compulsory inspections

When transporting the animal (goat) home I obviously need to have proof of sex attached. As only the skull/horns need to be submitted for inspection I can just bring the skull/horns yes?

I 99% know the answer is yes but have that nagging doubt and need to ask

I think you may need evidence of sex on hide... On my grizzly they looked at sex took a tooth measured skull and cut a small patch of hair for sample. Completely different animals but could be similar inspection .

Just the horns for the inspection on goats and sheep . . . Grizzly is a different beast all together.

Can Leave the nuts and the hide in the mountains unless you wish to cook them up or pack some extra weight.
