moose hunting

I'm a lone hunter in my 50's heading up towards Region 3-34-44,3-46.. nver been in that area before.. Can anyone give this old man any ideas were to go. it would be helpful.. this is my first time on this sight and I think it's the best thing on my computor,next to my Rugby coaching site.. thank-you Cliffy..

I do know that 3-46 is Wells Grey Prov park...I'm sure there's good moose hunting there, I hunted there 2 days and all I know is be ready to hike around cause there's not many trails or access in there...one guy who lives near those above regions did mention the wolves in his opinion have been bad on the ungulates the last few years..

You don't have a draw, so you're gonna drive out there to hunt immys? If I were you I'd head up the connector and look for an immy. Good deer country too. Good luck!

I use google earth to look for areas to scout and get a sense of the terrain if I am being taken somewhere I have never been before.

I think u got better chance tagging 6pt. Elk in the koots than immy moose in region 3.
if you really want moose ,than go in region 7b ,aug.15

I would of said 7b around sept 28th ;)
