McGillivray Pass Trail

Does anyone have a current trail report? I heard some stuff about the road of cadwaller being washed out but I haven't been able to find any good recent info on road and trail conditions.

No current info as it's been some time since I was up there. Pack some bear spray and a rifle, I always used to see grizzlies there and they are probably even more numerous now.

Be interesting to hear a current report, actually.

I know a couple who were treed by a griz up there 20 or so years ago now. And each adult had a child with them. Bear got scared off by a group on horseback. It was well documented in the press. the woman in the tree wrote for The Province and another couple on the trip worked for CBC and The Vancouver Sun respectively. They were taken on the trip by a guy who is a photographer for the Sun who has a place in Bralorne.

I went driving up there once and couldn't find the trailhead.
