10km outside of keremos coming from penticton saw a really nice 2x2 bull moose in 8-1 on highway,

Found a really nice (well ex-nice) five or six point dead moose rotting just off a logging road south of Highway 3 once.

Back in the 60's and early 70's there were no moose there, no whitetail or elk either. Just mule deer, sheep, mtn. goats, bears, coyotes, cougar, lynx and bobcat.

Yup both sides cawston and east of cawston . And yeah he will be dead by aug if hes lucky . Some big whiteys in keromeos tho i can say that .

LOL Ya the whitetails have done well I'm sure because they are hard to hunt when there's 7 people loaded in a old Ford station wagon and everybody is hammered:mrgreen::mrgreen:

it was referred to by the natives for the creek running through it and the word does have an r in....just never heard an elder say it like that...more spit required...when the whites came it became more of a reference to the occasional hurricane we get...
