I am wondering if anyone has one of these sleeping bags and what their opinions on it are? Would love to hear some feed back.

Haha seen one at wholesale. Girlfriend tried it on and looked hilarious. I think it's a great idea. If the quality is good then why not!

I thought they were neat. Wish it packed up a little smaller though. It has some neat features like vents and sturdy soles on the feat for lite walking in camp I guess. For someone like me who sleeps on their stomach and side it would be a little better than a mummy bag I think. It would be awesome for extra cold days sitting behind a spotting scope.

Bought my wife one a few years back, she likes it for camping, sure a conversation piece. If they had one lighter weight it would be good for backpacking,

Is 5 pounds to heavy for a sleeping bag for back packing?

3lb or under would be better although I pack a 0* bag that's closer to 4 but I like to be comfortable

Bag is the only thing I carry heavy. When your climbing into a valley after a couple days of hiking and the weather gets nasty it's the one thing you don't want to wish you spent more $ or scripmt weight on.
