You VI people are fortunate. I've been doing a major electronics upgrade and the people at Harbour Chandelry are first class. No question too small to deal with, they have great selection and pricing, and the shipping is a breeze. They are my favourite go to place now that Nikka is gone. Wholesale Sports could learn a lot. Tried the Nanaimo store for a downrigger counter and no one in the fishing dept had a clue.
