Anyone ever had any luck in these areas hunting moose!? I've hunted here quite a bit , haven't seen strong moose numbers, Curious if anyones had any luck LEH wise in previous years.

Sorry. There's no hunting anywhere in either 8-5 or 8-6.
It's private property and I own it all. :)

Seriously, I've never managed a draw in either, but have seen (although not that many) moose in both regions.

Damn, the Realtor said he sold it all to me.
Never hunted moose but we see a few around our Tulameen property including one young feller who just strolled down our road, maybe 20 ft. from where the neighbour & I were leaning on the fence chatting.
Neighbour used to use his home made moose call at night and we heard lots of answers across the river.

Saw 5 moose over 4 days between Tulameen and Brookmere last weekend. Too bad, can never find them in the fall.

Well turns out I was lucky enough to get a LEH bull draw tag for 8-5 nov 1st-30th , hopefully we'll be able to locate one! Guess its time to do some scouting!

Haha , pure luck , but i had a strong feeling I was getting something this season . If anyone sees a moose and could help us out in our harvest that would be greatly appreciated! We do spend a fair bit of time up that way as we have a cabin there , but any help would be great in harvesting our first moose!

For the area there is a fair number of moose! I have hunted there over 30 years and see more moose each year. Since you have a cabin in the area, you should be good to go!!
