thanks to all you bear hunters here...I have never been so juiced about hunting past the leh deadline before joining this forum as I am now....

Spring bear is premium meat, mild and lean.

If you won't be using the hide, some members will take it if you arrange dropoff place and timeframe beforehand. Otherwise it's not terribly hard to salt and rack for either a taxidermist or auctioneer.
