Buying a Sat Phone - Iridium Extreme

I am in the market for a sat phone and have decided that the Iridium Extreme would be a good choice for me. Can anyone recommend a store that sells them at good prices in the lower mainland?

I've been thinking of getting that particular model myself lately and looking online I've come across the same model that is GSA Compliant and on the one site I looked at it was $450 more than the regular model but could not find anywhere what the actual differences were other than this approval or rating. If you find a good spot in the lower mainland maybe ask them this as I am very curious about that and where to buy from as well. Thanks Jim
