I'll second Kevin at BC Game Birds. Lovely pups. I know first hand as well, there's one laying on my feet right now.

In the Vernon area Big Valley, but the other 2 suggestions along with Jimsue or Kinderdoggen on this site or Traynor Labs in 150 Mile, or Cedarbrae Labs on Vancouver Island are all good bets. Just be sure to do your research and make sure the pup is from tested linage and good solid field stock.

white robin kennels in Princeton. My lab seems very smart. Too bad I wasn't a better trainer

I fully agree with Fudge and Foxton, great recommendations here.

This breeder has come up before there is a 4 page thread dedicated to them.

I just visited their website to see if it has been updated. I immediately see three warning flags that would make me as a potential gundog buyer steer away from them. The first is from the photos they display of their dogs predominantly emphasize show not field. Second, they show no pedigrees on any of their dogs from which to judge the quality and type of linage(field, show or pet) of their pups. Third, although they say they give "a health guarantee" they are not specific nor do the list any genetic testing they preform on their dogs.
For the above reasons alone I would be looking elsewhere for my pup should I be looking.

Yes that was an epic thread, wasn't it.
Their web site does show their dogs in hunting activities and does say to contact them for pedigrees, etc., if interested in hunting.
It's a pretty low tech web site, maybe they spend more time raising dogs than promoting them on the Internet?
In the epic thread there were a number who indicated that they have had good experiences with them so all I can suggest to the OP is if he is interested in them, give them a call and do your due diligence, just like you would with any breeder , fancy web site or not.

As well as having amazing dogs kevin will stand by his dogs and his blood line. My lab is from down in the states from great lines. But I have helped kevin a number of times run his dogs and he has helped me with my pup and he is doing great. He is also a wealth of info and I would at lest take a good look at them...
