Kentucky Turkey Hunt

I haven't posted much lately from my out of province hunts but did return last week from a week in Kentucky hunting turkeys with Cabelas' and Whitetail Heaven Outfitters. Cabela's or the outfitter gave me a videographer for the week and here is the result. It was fun having Aaron along.

Congratulations on your SLAM.
That is quite a accomplishment.

I only have 2 of the 4 required. The Eastern in the video and a
Merriam from Montana last year.
I just thought it would be a great way to see some new country a
and meet other hunters for some fairly reasonable prices.

It's actually quite challenging, I was surprised at how much fun it is
calling and stalking these 'feathered elk."

I think next year it's a trip to Kansas and Nebraska for Rio Grande's
and then Florida the year after for Osceola's.
