a black bear and her cub recently went to town on one of my trail cameras, destroying the outer case including the ir screen and scratchin te lens. I was wonderin if you can buy just the cases as the camera itself is removable and totally fine the camera is a spypoint g4

He is following them around with a baggie. Don't get any on your fingers.

^^^ LMAO if that is the case then maybe he should leave a pile of bran or a bar of exlax so less tracking time needed lol

Buy a small pelican case and put the guts back together in that.
Basically a homebrew now.

Buy the metal case that protects the cam. I have all my cams in them and the bears and elk play havoc with them, they are all still working fine.
Get a hold of Spypoint and see what they can do.

Hmm being all serious here are you careful about eating and storing prior to and after you install them ? Maybe a chocolate bar on the drive up ha!!! I have 5 camera's out from april- December with hundreds of black and grizz pics untouched ... luck I think not.

I bet it is because your fingers went through the tp before you set the cameras up.
