I usually hunt a lot more than I was able to last year. I returned to school a couple years ago and I knew I would have to cut back on hunting during my studies, so it's what it is! Anyways, I always enjoy making videos from my adventures out in the woods. I went on two muley hunts this year and had a blast just like every other year. Didn't have much time to edit the footage but I hope everyone still enjoys it! Putting it together definitely got me excited for the fall!
As a side note, it was my one buddies first time ever taking part in a hunt and he got to see my friend shoot that 2 point at the beginning after we had just been cruising for less than half an hour. I was really happy he got to be a part of it and as you can see we were all pretty pumped. I never get sick of it!

Cheers - mark

Nice work...

Don't you cut off the tarsal glands right away? I always do that first, so no possibility of that stench tainting the meat...

I think this is a "Some do dome dont" thing.... you do, i have never cut it off right away. Get animal to camp and skin as normal.

You need to cut your tag before you touch your animal !

nice video, from my experience, walking with a friend, tip toeing, the deer can hear me a mile away, any big dear take off way way way before im anywhere near sighting distance
