Thanks Gents. Still have the dry box, 2 Kolpin gun racks/boots, Gps mount and front carrying bag to mount before big try out this week end..

I am headed off for a Paramedic exam this coming week(Susan also has eye surgery ) then 4 days of sturgeon fishing near Langley..doing a ACCURATE reel Demo (Im the Canadian rep ) then off to Bella Coola and south for 10 days of GRIZZLY hunting..we have 3 THREE tags..

Then 10 days of BIG black bear hunting for that sturgeon fishing trip prize .......then........lol


PS the QUAD was my sweetie wife Susans birthday gift for my 5OTH birthday back in December.....

LOL....last year on the Skeena river there were 6 OTHER individuals ALL using these sweet reels who had tried ACCURATE reels and LOVED them and ordered their own...Probably less than 100 reels in CANADA...

Doing my best to get them in some stores..doing several magazine stories about the success.. hopefully a NEW article about the 1400 pound MONSTER DINO I HOPE to catch next weekend..

30-06 I played 25 fish last fall on a Calstar rod and Accurate reel several(3?) were over 6 1/2 feet and the reel made it a unfair fight..GREAT REELS BEST made PERIOD.

Lip ripper00....... Accurate reels has a website(they are from Corona California ) easy to find their site...

The reels I recomend for BC is BOSS MAGNUM 665HC (I had a hand in the cast control feature )good for halibut and sturgeon and salmon in rivers..

The NEW model is 665 WIDE 2 speed...extra line and extra speed...low ...

For reel bling (pardon the pun) I have the 2 speed TWIN DRAG 30 for halibut..its a absolute beast !!!!!!

The boss MAGNUM 665hc RETAILS for $475 usd..plus shipping taxes and exchange etc..approx $700 CAN.

The 665H WIDE is $900 ...plus same diff

Nice quad, first thing I recommend is to pull off those stock tires as they are garbage and put on a bigger lugged 6 ply tire like a Mud-lite or a Titan. Way less chance of getting a flat, and they hook up way better.8)

HMMM lets see..my last quad was a 1995 Honda TRX 300 and I sold it 2 days ago and in 12 years of using it...never ever got stuck...not once and only one flat tire(fixed with plug & glue and duct tape..lol)

When I just sold the atv it STILL had the original STOCK tires.....

Advice well taken and I will be replacing these tires but not till next spring..STill have a new 2008 Ford F 350 King RANCH 6.4 dIESEL AND new Honda 15 hp on order and need to be paid for also....
