I have paper copies of the LEH synopsis going back to 2011 and wanted to compare the number of authorizations available in the management units I normally apply for between then and now. Can't seem to put my hands on last years synopsis (2014-2015). Figured I just go online and have a look, but after more than a dozen attempts through links on old forum threads and other pages, all I can access is this years synopsis or an error message, "Not found". Even when the link actually stipulates the synopsis in question, it defaults to this years PDF. Is it my imagination or is the Ministry making it difficult for us to look back and compare? They don't seem to have it archived anywhere. I would be very appreciative if someone could somehow email me last year's synopsis. Thanks.
