CORE Evening Schedule in Vancouver

Looking for a lead on a CORE instructor in the City of Vamcouver who offers the course on weekday evenings. I've a relative who'd like to do it but works weekends. He already has his RPAL.

Tell him to read the book and do a challenge. He will only have to pay for the Written Theory multiple choice 75 question test that by law is $10.00. Contact BCWF for any examiners in your area that allow challenges, as some examiners want to charge a higher rate so force the students to sit through the 25 hrs. of 'lessons'.
