See if Opax Mountain Resort is open then. They are off of hwy 24, Curt and Karen are great people! Totally cool with hunters too. Went there to fish for a weekend in summer and Curt was telling me to come back for hunting season in the fall! I will be back there for sure.

Quesnel Lake, great cabins, a hot tub, boat rentals and lots of bears around there. Google Elysia lake resort, you wont be disappointed.

Call the blackwater spruce ranch, 1.5 hrs away good bear area and that POS Stewart Maitland likes to take his well paying guests into that area to road hunt. So a res hunter should feel good to pull one out from that area, lots of bears there too.

Were would you go? If your buddys are taking "You" bear hunting for your birthday, let "Them" find a area with bears, book the rooms, find out where the closest bars are with peelers, etc etc! It's your Birthday!!! And happy Birthday!!!

Looks like we will be going to Finger Lake for the bear hunt, the boys have made the reservations for a cabin.
Only a week and a day away, I'm getting very excited, should be a good time. http://bigshotsbc.ca/images/smilies/Pozitive.gif
