Your a good man Mr Rupp! I pulled a leh for 6-27, a long ways away from what my two choices were for lol. Planning on making the trip regardless, always like exploring new country. If you happen to have any insight on 6-27, mainly on hunting methods (drive fly or boat) along with best time to go, I'd listen very closely.

Im more then happy to help out anyone in the few areas I do know, mainly in the 6-04/6-09 area, also 7-27, and have spent a fare amount if time in 7-41 also.

Hmmm ok ladies and gents " think" I have touched bases with those that sent phone numbers?
If I have missed anyone plese confirm ph number and reasonable time for me to call.
The recent attack by indians under the disguise of disrespect, the loss of opportunities to goabc..all signal considerable challenges to grizzly hunting..get it done..while you can..several bears one 30 years old harvested and numerous over 9 feet tell me they are still abundant and growing big and old..
Thank you for the opportunity to pass on what Clayton Mack, Betty Franks and numerous others shared with me, and almost 4 decades of continuous learning..
Cheers and good luck
I am gone for surgery april 10 for 10 days...completely unavsilable..

Buddy had this draw in the past Steve gave us advice and it was solid info.

If you hunt them like black bear you will find black bear with a slim chance of a grizz. If you want your grizz follow Steves advice and put in the work to make it happen. For someone that is new to grizz hunting you can learn a lot from Steve about hunting grizz.

Good Luck

And Steve good to see you are still helping guys out with grizz. I can honestly say the advice I got from you in the past truly helped me learn how to hunt grizz and the habitat to search for. I have applied this to other areas with good success as well.

Wish you the best Steve

Hmmm timing, location, eating times, completely different than the black bear...the Cunningham rd could see 40 black bears in a 10 hr drive through there and not see the 8 grizzlies in the relatively same area..
Cheers
