Twist, bend, manipulate. The expertise of the GOABC..................... in my opinion. We really do need a middle finger emoticon on this forum. ;)

Not to mention the 98 sheep guides took (49.4%) in region 7B compared to the 100 harvested by residents. This number has change very little in the last 40 years.

I like how they spin that resident hunters harvest 93% of big game (in that PDF, even though that sounds like a blatant lie) like its a bad thing. I wouldn't complain if BC residents harvested 100% of the game in BC.

That PDF file was in the Victoria Times-Colonist this past Sunday as a full page add; there to be read by thousands of people in Victoria. A full page in the Times-Colonist does not come cheap, but the GOABC seems to be willing to spend a lot of money to get their claims in the public eye. We have not done that yet, but should. Today's paper included a column quoting government (Mr. Thomson's) numbers. I intend to send an email to the reporter, Lindsay Kines, suggesting that the numbers in his article are wrong and provide numbers that reflect those of the BCWF and resident hunters. He needs to provide both sides when reporting on a controversy with more than one point of view. At least he didn't call a moose tag a "ticket" like Jim Beatty did on Chek News!!!

If the GOABC believes this someone bargain with them fast because the 90/10 split we want is better for them then they say they are getting now lol
