Nice. Sucks they discontinued the Optifade forest. It's the only Camo I really like on a bow. Did you get it with the PCXL cams? Whats your DL to get that speed?

Pcxl cams are on there way next week. Its set at 29 inches. I got 256 fps with a 485 grain fmj so its pretty quick. See how much speed i loose going to pcxl

I'd be interested to know what speed difference you get. How is it running on DL? I heard they run almost a half inch long.

Are you shooting it at a measured 29" or 29" cams? If you shoot off the riser will it add another 1/4" for a total of 5/8" longer than spec? Just curious because I have thought about trying a Prime out but with the draw specific cams would want to get it right the first time.

Its got the 29 cams on it pcx #3 but it running 29 3/8 on the drawboard with the rubber grip. I was going to order side plates for it but the grip is kinda nice. I ordered pcxl number 4 cams for it by advice from a g5 guru on archerytalk to get it to 29 inches.

Nice! I got pricing on the 2015 line up today... yikes! The 25% exchange rate is going to hurt people this year. I can shave some margin to help but still, wow. Where did you get it?

I bought the same bow in optifade about 3 weeks ago. I'm really liking it too! Didn't think I'd ever change from Mathews but this is one awesome bow.

I just put my pcxl cams on my alloy and what a difference. So much smoother and im holding 6.6 lbs and peak weight is 60.2 lbs. Feels more like an elite e35 just without the cam lean. Lost 5 fps so im 275 now with a 417 grain arrow.

i would be interested when you get the rival and how it compares? I shot my friends rival on sunday and it was real nice. i am going to get one of the three, just a matter of which one. 3D I would shoot the rival and hunting I would probably like to carry and shoot the ion. but I can't have two like some people.

The alloy is perfect its right in the middle of the two but you gotta put the pcxl cams on it.

Donny were the new PCXL cams longer than your PCX cams in draw length. I've been thinking of putting the PCXL cams on my Defy but have heard that the new cams are longer in draw length than the same number PCX cam?

I got the pcxl 4 cams for the alloy to make it 29 inch draw. Its actually 29.25 right now. The alloy is normally a pcx number 3 to make it 29 inches. Im not sure on your defy but on the alloy you order one number larger or half inch shorter to keep it in spec. Archerytalk forum is a great place to find out some info on the defy.

Shot side by side with an elite e32 and answer tonight and the alloy is just as quiet as the elites were. Im very impressed with it.
