hmm first start with Caddis #12 Tiemco 250bl hook

wrap entire hook in wire for some weight not too much..

then yellow thread, then hollow tube filkled with vegetable oil..wrapped and then ostridge herl wrapped between tubing

chain eyes painted, then brown waterptroof color on the topside sealed with uv resin..

then some uv dub to imitate case being shucked...hares ears dubbing noodle for head a couple antennae and some pheasant tail for legs on each side..

this would be fished in medium depth water on floating line...22 degree lol incline.. so too much weight doesn't help...

dead drifting with the wind using oars to hold you slow works well..
