Nice looking bases Steve. Good mass. By the way, I like the new "user title", maybe just a little too obvious though. I'm hoping to get out this weekend and find a couple of those.

The right side scores 85 3/8 and the left scores 81 6/8. He has 6 inch H1's and 41 6/8 inches of mass total. He should score right at the 190 NT mark. He may be a shooter this year. Wish he had more trash though.

I put up that user title a while back. Figure that too many people on this site take me too serious especially when it comes to 'tongue in cheek' responses. Maybe they'll see that and think before they get all bent out of shape.:lol:

Steve! Now I know how Pavlov's dog felt! Found a big heavy based blacktail shed the other day while walkin fir ridges with my young hound. The bloody rodents beat me to it and chewed off most of the mainbeam and the G2. How fast can them buggers work anyway? Figure it was probably from last year anyway not a fresh drop. Oh well life goes on.

I hear tell someone will pay $500 for a set of Elk sheds if they meet certain requirements - is this so? Hell all I've ever done with any I see is examine them and put 'em back. I hear tell someone in the W. Kootenays has a few trailcams set up and discovered a pic on one, of the hugest non-typical bull he's ever seen in his life. I was told like two Christmas trees with very large base diameter. Anybody else heard about this rumor? My source is quite reliable.

You have it down to a science. Which slopes seem to contian the most sheds, norht east south or west? Any perticular elevation?Bedding or feeding areas?
