This may be from Jan 12 Delta council meeting, I know Kanakos was doing her usual anti hunting complaints blabber at that one.
I know I've reported some bad practices and illegal hunting in the area but COs never show up. One time an RCMP showed up but that was apparently just because he was looking for someone due to some car theft. Didn't care about when I said there were 2 guys sitting 20 feet off the dyke firing over the walk way and not out to sea. Province needs to hire more COs for the Lower Mainland.
