rifle ranges open to the public?

I wanna sight in my rifle before spring bear. Is there any public open gun ranges in lower mainland? Or private ranges that have open public nights?

Poco has a public one but opens at 11 or 12 for the public as they have a members only time in the morning. $20 for a day pass I believe.
