Wow. Looks like a great day. How much does a goose weigh once ready for the oven or smoker? Could you post some pics of the processing and final product? I've got no experience on migratory birds and would be curious to see more of the preparation.

Thanks again to Field Marshal and Kyle for taking me out. I definitely need to work on my shooting - those were all Kyles geese! It's very exciting to see them start coming in!
