Hey we are heading up to this area in late August to early September and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for hunting that area. We will be hunting moose, elk, and caribou. Thanks so much.

Yeah we're bringing up our trailer but we might just run the meat into fort Nelson if there is a meat cooler.

Take some dope, bug dope you may need it, the reefer unit is a good idea too, it can be very warm. Take BBear Elk Moose and Bou tags ....... Depending where ya go Sheep too. Check regs and C/Os for closure of ATV use in certain areas. The boundary isn't always clear depending on access, float boat or raft can be of use too.

I've hunted 7-42 & 7-49 last three years now Aug - Sept, bring your bug spray and a lot of it. And most importantly be prepared to keep your harvested game cool, don't rely on getting your game into a meat cooler, its a zoo up here for a few months, would hate to end up with a bunch of spoiled meat.
